What Is Total Cover Warranty?

CenturyPly Total Cover Warranty is a comprehensive warranty designed to provide customers with greater peace of mind in the event of a covered manufacturing defect.

Total Cover is India's first comprehensive warranty commitment on plywood. If a covered defect is confirmed on a plywood registered within Total Cover, within the first 10 years from the date of purchase, CenturyPly will reimburse the cost arising from that defect, including plywood, laminates or veneers, adhesives, labour, transportation, etc.

2. Which Products Are Covered?

Total Cover Warranty is currently available on selected premium CenturyPly products, including:

The warranty provides 10 years of Total Cover protection, subject to the applicable policy terms.

3. What Defects are Covered under the Total Cover Warranty?

The warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects identified during technical inspection. These include defects such as:

• Borer or termite damage
• Warping or bending
• Delamination
• Core gaps or batten gaps
• Thickness variation
• Surface undulation
• Screw or nail holding issues
• Wood fungus decay

4. Support Beyond Plywood Replacement

One of the key aspects of Total Cover Warranty is that it goes beyond replacing the affected plywood.

If a covered defect is confirmed within the first 10 years from the date of purchase, CenturyPly reimburses the eligible restoration costs covered under the Total Cover Programme arising from that defect.:
