Mr. Naresh Pachisia is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xaviers’ College, Kolkata, an AMP from ISB, Hyderabad and a Certified Financial Planner (CFP). He carries over 38 years’ experience in Capital Markets, has special interest in ‘Family Business’ and is an industry thought leader. He is Founder & Managing Director of SKP Securities Ltd., Eastern India’s leading boutique investment banker, engaged in institutional equities, private wealth, merchant banking, M & A and corporate finance advisory, stock broking and distribution services to a large cross section of institutional, corporate, business families and retail clients. SKP is a three time and current winner of CNBC TV18 Best Regional Financial Advisor (East) and is listed on BSE.

Ms. Kakkar has a Bachelor’s degree (Hons) in English Literature from University of Calcutta and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance & Marketing) from the Indian Institute of Management IIM, Calcutta. Ms Kakkar joined various corporate boards following a distinguished international banking career in the United Kingdom, Hong Kong and the USA. She has over 35 years international experience in Banking, Financial Services and Wealth Management. Her areas of expertise are revenue growth, strategic planning and execution, team leadership, corporate governance and risk. Ms. Kakkar initially joined HSBC India, where she spent 13 years in various commercial and corporate banking roles in Mumbai. She has worked for Barclays Private Bank, Merrill Lynch, and Standard Chartered Bank based in London, and was Head of International Premium Banking for Guaranty Trust Bank U.K. She is a trustee on the board of U.K based charity Africa Research Excellence Fund where she chairs the Institutional Due Diligence committee, and is an Independent Non-Executive Director on the boards of Lux Industries and Vikram Solar. She has founded and developed Magellan Wealth Management, a boutique multiple family office based in London providing a platform for wealth planning, inter-generational wealth transfer and philanthropy for South Asian and African families. Ms Kakkar is a member of the Institute of Directors London, Women on Boards UK.

Shri Rajesh Kumar Agarwal, is a commerce graduate and a diploma holder in computer science. He has also completed a Strategic Sourcing & Supply Chain Management from IIM -Bangalore and is also Certified Global Negotiation Executive Training from The Institute of Supply Chain Management. He is a competent, results-oriented professional with 30 years of experience in Administration, Logistics, Information Technology & Procurement (Entire P to P/S to P Cycle) Material Management in corporate sector as well as plant with SAP Environment.

Sri Sunil Mitra retired in June 2011 from the office of Revenue & Finance Secretary, Government of India. In his public service career spanning over three and a half decades, he successfully spearheaded important policy initiatives in public finance at the national level, including a new disinvestment policy and far-reaching taxation reforms. During his earlier appointments under the West Bengal Government, he is credited with the design and implementation of significant public policy reforms in the State-owned Public Sector Enterprises and in restructuring the State’s power sector. Till mid-2016, Sri Mitra was engaged in leading a team for a Consortium led by M/s IPE Global Limited, New Delhi that designed and managed a ‘Knowledge Partnership Programme’ for the Department of International Development of the Government of the United Kingdom. He also served as member of a Technical Advisory Panel set up by the Government of India, to review an Indian Power Sector Diagnostic Study Report undertaken by the World Bank. Sri Sunil. Mitra also serves as a Non-official Member of the Eastern Regional Board of the Reserve Bank of India.

Shri Debanjan Mandal is a partner in Fox & Mandal, a premier multi-disciplinary law firm in Kolkata and part of Fox Mandal Group of Law Firms in India. He is a Member of the Incorporated Law Society and the High Court Club, High Court at Calcutta, Supreme Court Bar Association, International Bar Association, U.K. and is also a Consultant at Asian Development Bank. He is also a Member of the Executive Committee of Indian Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of ICC National Expert Committee on Corporate & Legal affairs.

Shri Chhibber is a retired officer of Indian Administrative Service,1978 batch, Manipur-Tripura Cadre and holds a Masters degree in History. He has an experience of over 37 years in various capacities in State and Central Government including State/Deputy Commissioner Ukhrul, Secretary to Chief Minister Manipur; Principle Secretary Finance, Election, etc. He has been the Deputy Secretary Commerce and Director Cabinet Secretariat with Government of India besides being Joint Secretary Fertilizer, Additional Secretary Shipping, Road Transport and Highways, Secretary Defence (ex-servicemen) and Secretary Road Transport and Highways. He is presently an Advisor to the International Roads Federation, Geneva and also Chairman-cum-Managing Director of Unibrain Consultants, New Delhi.

Smt. Nikita Bansal has graduated in Economics and holds a degree in Business and Mathematics from New York University. She drives the product lines for CenturyPly's sub brands - Sainik and CenturyDoors. She also heads the procurement and digital marketing strategies of the company along with spearheading several new initiatives in the departments of HR, IT and Costing. She is also the creative mind behind the exquisite design of our Headquarters, Century House in Kolkata.

Mr. Keshav Bhajanka is member of the board of directors . He is a meritorious graduate from Warwick University, UK in Bachelors of Accounts and Finance in 2010. He is the man behind stellar growth of decorative vertical in the company which includes successful implementation of new supply chain projects & foray into new businesses such as MDF,Exteria & Flooring.

Shri J.P. Dua holds a degree in Law with Masters in Economics. He has served as a General Manager in Oriental Bank of Commerce for more than 30 years. Mr. Dua has also served as Chairman and Managing Director of Allahabad Bank for five years and retired as Chairman of Board for Industrial & Financial Reconstruction (B.I.F.R.) in January, 2016.

Mr. Khemani's association with Century Group dates back to the time when Sharon Veneers Pvt. Ltd. and Sharon Wood Industries Pvt. Ltd merged together.

A promoter Director of the company. He is a commerce graduate with excellent knowledge in the plywood related business and is the driving force behind the company.

A commerce graduate, is considered a very experienced industrialist in the field of plywood and veneer. He is also the Chairman of Cement Manufacturing Company Ltd and Shyam Centuryply ferrous Ltd in Meghalaya.
