While the warranty certificate is issued in the owner's name, the registration process can be initiated by the homeowner, dealer, architect, interior designer, or contractor.

Step 1: Log In
Visit the Total Cover Warranty Portal and log in using your registered mobile number.
Step 2: Register a New Warranty
From your dashboard, click "Register New Warranty."
Step 3: Enter Site Details
Provide the complete installation address along with the correct PIN code.
Step 4: Enter Invoice Details
Enter your invoice number and purchase date.
Step 5: Upload Your Invoice
Upload a clear copy of your purchase invoice.
If you have multiple invoices for the same site, use the "Add Invoice" option to upload each invoice separately.
Step 6: Enter Product Details
Select the purchased product (Architect Ply or Club Prime) and enter the purchased quantity.
Step 7: Enter Dealer Details
Provide the dealer's name and mobile number.
Step 8: Review and Submit
Review all the information carefully, accept the Terms & Conditions, and click "Submit."
Step 9: Verification
Your registration request will be reviewed by the CenturyPly team for verification.
Step 10: Download Your Warranty Certificate
Once the registration is approved (generally within 48 working hours), your Total Cover Warranty Certificate will be generated. You can download it from the portal or access it through your registered WhatsApp number.
If your contractor or architect purchased the plywood on your behalf or has the purchase invoice, they can assist with the registration process.
During registration, simply select "No" when asked if you have the invoice and provide the contractor's or architect's contact details. They will receive a secure link to upload the invoice and complete the required information.
Once the details are submitted, you will receive a pre-filled verification link to review and confirm the information before the registration is completed. Alternatively, you can share the Total Cover Confirmation Code with them for instant verification.
