Care & Maintenance

When you put your trust in us, it is our responsibility to give you assurance of years of quality performance. All you need to do is use simple and easy techniques to take care of the laminates and they will stay with you for a long time.

Looking after the laminates is as simple as a quick wipe with a damp cloth or sponge, though a regular wipe with a soft, dry cloth will ensure that dust does not settle. Sainik Laminates resist muddy fingerprints, coffee spills and so much more, but if inadvertently, there are any such unforeseen occurrences, you should know what is best suited for the situation.

Please follow the simple care and maintenance directions below, to keep our Sainik Laminates looking good for years.

Protect From Heat Generating Appliances

Do not place frying pans or dishes directly from the oven or cooktop on the laminate surface. Protect the surface from heat-generating appliances.

Do not Use Sharp Obejcts

Do not use knives, keys or other sharp objects directly on the decorative surface. A chopping board or counter saver is recommended.

Sainik Laminates - Easy to Clean

To clean the surface, use a damp cloth or sponge and mild soap or detergent.

Sainik Laminates - Stain Resistance

Difficult stains such as coffee or tea spills can be removed using a mild household cleaner or detergent and a soft-bristled brush. Repeat if necessary.

Do Not Use Acidic Cleaners

Acidic or abrasive cleaners can damage laminate surfaces; please do not use them.

Do not use Chemicals

Toilet cleaners contain harsh chemicals that can cause permanent damage. If spills occur, please wipe immediately, wash the surface with soapy water and rinse several times.

Solution for Stains

If a stain persists, use baking soda and water paste and apply it gently with a soft-bristled brush. Although baking soda is low abrasive, excessive scrubbing or exerting too much force could damage the decorative surface.

Do not Use Metal Items

Steel wool and other abrasive pads can damage the laminate surface. Do not use them for cleaning; do not place steel wool pads on your countertop as the metal can rust and leave stains.

Do not use Dyes

Hair, textile and food dyes can cause permanent stains. If stained inadvertently, please wipe it immediately with a dishwashing detergent or an all-purpose cleaner."
