Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka, 62 years, is a commerce graduate having 36 years of experience in plywood, ferro-silicon and cement industries He is presently the Chairman of Star Ferro and Cement Ltd. His vision has brought laurels to Star Ferro and Cement Ltd. and today the Company successfully operates diversified businesses like cement, ferro alloy and power. Mr. Sajjan Bhajanka is responsible for financial management of the Company. Mr. Bhajanka is also the Chairman and Managing Director of Century Plyboards (India) Ltd., one of the largest plywood and laminate manufacturing company in the Country. Besides this, he is also the Managing Director of Cement Manufacturing Co. Ltd and Director of Star Cement Meghalaya Ltd., Meghalaya Power Ltd. and Emami Ltd. to name a few. Mr. Bhajanka is associated with various economic, commercial and social organizations. He is the President of Federation of Indian Plywood & Panel Industry and All India Veneer Manufacturers Association, Chairman of the Research Advisory Committee of Indian Plywood Industries Research and Training Institute , Bangalore. He is also the President of Marwari Relief Society, a 100 years old hospital with 250 Beds. He is also the President of Bharat Chamber of Commerce. He is Secretary of Kalyan Bharati Trust, which has promoted and is managing The Heritage School, Heritage Business School and Heritage Institute of Technology. He is also the President of Friends of Tribal Society one of the largest NGOs in India which runs more than 55,000 One Teacher School across the country.

Mr. Hari Prasad Agarwal, 65 years, is a commerce graduate having 40 years of rich experience in various industries. He is presently Vice chairman and Executive Director of Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. Mr. Agarwal is also a Director of Landmark Veneers Pvt. Ltd., Megha Technical & Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Shyam Century Cement Industries Ltd., Amul Boards Pvt. Ltd., and Century MDF Ltd. amongst other companies. Mr. Agarwal is a well-known figure in the social and cultural circle in Kolkata. He is a member of Hindustan Club Ltd, Calcutta Swimming Club and Circle Club. Mr. Vishnu Khemani, 63 years, is a science graduate. He is having an experience of over 25 years in plywood industry. He is presently Managing Director of Century Plyboards (India) Ltd. and has inspired the company to offer products at par with the very best in the world. Mr. Khemani has been instrumental in establishing the success of the brand ‘Sharon’ in the plywood industry and the same has received several certifications and awards. He is also a Director of Sharon International Services Pvt. Ltd. and Century MDF Ltd. Mr. Khemani has inspired the company to offer products on par with the very best in the world keeping in tune with the changing times, he has equipped the factory with state-of-the art technology and introduced total computerization to streamline day-to-day operations. He also interacts with domestic and international plywood industries to constantly update himself on the latest trends in the industry and to offer plywood of the highest quality. Mr. Vishnu Khemani established most modern Factory located in Gummidipoondi, 48 Kilometers from Chennai. Mr. Khemani strongly believes that education is the stepping stone to a bright future. He has been instrumental in the construction and maintenance of Higher Secondary Schools in Gummidipundi, Tamilnadu thus educating over 1200 students every year. Mr. Khemani has generously contributed to Hospitals, Philanthropic and also for educational institutions.

Mr. Prem Kumar Bhajanka, 57 years, is a commerce graduate. He has an experience of over 34 years in plywood industry. He is Director of Cement Manufacturing Company Ltd., Star India Cement Ltd., Namchic Tea Estates Pvt. Ltd., Lal Pahar Tea Estates Pvt. Ltd., Auro Sundram Ply and Door Pvt. Ltd. and Meghalaya Power Ltd. and Managing Director of Star Cement Meghalaya Ltd. Mr. Prem Kumar Bhajanka is presently Managing Director of the Company.

Mr. Mangi Lal Jain, aged about 83 years, is a Chartered Accountant. He possesses extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of accounting and finance. He has an experience over 57 years and has worked in senior positions with various companies of repute. Mr. Jain is also Director of Cement Manufacturing Company Ltd., Megha Technical & Engineers Pvt. Ltd., Auro Sundram Ply & Door Pvt. Mr. Santanu Roy, aged about 67 years, is a Chartered Accountant having vast experience in the field of research and education, besides accounting and finance. He has been the Chief Mentor at various business schools like B P Poddar Institute of Management & Technology, Bengal Institute of Business Studies, NSHM Knowledge Campus and ICFAI Business School. Mr. Roy has worked as a Manager and Consultant with Tata Steel, Avantis Pharma in France, B.K Birla Group of Companies, Zydus Cadila and B. P. Poddar Group. Mr. Ajay Baldawa is the Executive Director and head of Operation Management of Century Plyboards (India) Limited. He graduated from Bengal Engineering and Science University for his BE and did his Masters from Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He has been working in India plywood industry for 30 years and known for his contribution in areas of Technology Management, Process Innovation & Product Introduction. He is widely respected in India & abroad for his key role in adoption of modern operation management practices in Indian Plywood Industry. He is in the Technical Advisory Committee of Bureau of Indian Standards. An ardent proponent of CSR activity, he happened to be the Past President of Rotary Club of Calcutta New Alipore and an active member of Friends of Tribal Society. Mr. Baldawa is also a Director of Auro Sundram Ply & Door Pvt. Ltd., Century MDF Ltd. to name a few.

Mr. Samarendra Mitra, aged about 66 years, is a Master of Arts. He possesses vast knowledge and expertise in the field of banking and finance. He has worked for 38 years with State Bank of India, of which 22 years have been spent in operations, 8 years in planning and strategy and 8 years in training and capacity building for SBI. He has extensive experience and exposure in Corporate finance across a variety of industries and businesses covering manufacturing, agri-business, food processing, pharmaceuticals, construction, infrastructure, tea plantations & jewellery to name a few.

Mr. Manindra Nath Banerjee, 78 years is a Master of Arts and retired IAS. He possesses vast knowledge and expertise in the field of management and administration. He is having substantial administrative experience in various Government Departments. He was Senior Vice-President of MCC Chamber of Commerce and Industry and is an Executive Committee Member of Indian Chamber of Commerce, Royal Calcutta Golf Club and a Member of Marketing Sub Committee of Confederation Of Indian Industry ( East). He is also an avid golfer. Ex-Governing Body Member of Calcutta Wine Club and present Governing Body Member of Bengal Rowing Club.
