Century Sainik BWR Grade Plywood

Sainik BWR Grade Plywood is boiling water resistant plywood. It is manufactured using smooth, rotary and tight cut veneers obtained from eco-friendly timber. These veneers are then bonded with Modified Phenol Formaldehyde Synthetic Adhesive. Sainik plywood has alternative cores that render cushioning effect and better bonding capabilities to the plywood.

Alternate layers of cross band cores used for perfect bonding Bonded with Modified BWR type Synthetic Adhesive A unique Glue Line Protection formula is used to make the plywood borer and termite resistant. The plywood is pre-pressed. Pre-pressing provides sufficient time for the transfer of preservatives deep into the veneers before hot pressing. It also ensures uniform distribution of moisture throughout the plywood making it warp resistant. More number of plies hence more strength, better dimensional stability and more durable
