Centuryply
Marine Grade Plywood is made
imported “Dipterocarpus” Species
A BWP based plywood which uses a
1:2 vital veneer to veneer
ratio. Bonded with an
un-extended phenol formaldehyde
resin clubbed with the
revolutionary GLP Technology,
where in the preservative is
incorporated in the Glue Line
rendering protection from
termites & borers from the
inside of the product. At the
same time the finished product
is also passed through a
specially designed preservative
spreader where it’s treated with
ACC to ensure protection from
the out side. Centuryply Marine
Grade Plywood uses a 1mm face.
The product is pre-pressed to
give a homogeneous spread of
moisture making the product warp
free.
It can with stand alternate
drying & wetting not to mention
the attacks from insects or
deadly marine organisms. It can
sustain harsh conditions,
changes in temperature &
humidity. |

Uses
- Construction, repair and
maintenance of marine and
river craft, boats, sail,
fishing, kayaks, dinghies,
pontoons, etc.
- In heat exchangers,
cooling tower, jetties,
public hoarding, signboards,
display boards and tea
weathering troughs.
- Tanks for liquid
chemicals, portable cabins
and shelters for severely
exposed conditions,
structural applications.
