Fleece Backed Decorative veneer
is another innovative Creation
R&D team with an objective of
increasing the turning radii of
the decorative veneer pioneered
the launch of the fleece backed
Decorative veneer. The fleece
backed Decorative veneers are
made by hot pressing imported
high grade non-woven paper which
has one side glue coated on to a
decorative veneer without the
application of any further glue.
It has a high Tearing strength &
is ideal for lamination of large
panels. It also gives an
unmatched natural touch & can be
twisted in both – along and
across the grain directions.

Since it is super-flexible, it
allows cold forming to the
smallest radius requirements. No
need for heat forming or water
treatment. Significant savings
of time, less labour intensive
and more cost effective than any
other method. Bending radius in
both directions can be
customized & can be easily
adhered to uneven surfaces. |

Composition |
Decorative veneer is overlaid on special
quality imported glue paper and pressed in hot press |

Properties of Paper |
High grade non-woven
paper with one-side glue coated, which is pressed onto veneer
without application of additional glue. It contains high
percentage of long fibrous alpha cellulose mixed with synthetic
fibers and binders. Tearing strength is very high and it is
particularly suitable for lamination of large sized veneer
sheets |
